Zucchini Paratha

Parathas are the staple food of Indians.
Many varieties in parathas are done.
We personally love the stuffed parathas.
A much healthier version of parathas here for u.
The zucchini paratha..


Ingredients:

Grated zucchini (green) : 1 cup
Wheat flour                    : 1.5 cups
Finely chopped green chilli  : 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onions          : 1/4 cup
cumin seeds                            : 1tsp
Sesame seeds                          : 1 tsp
Finely chopped ginger           : 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander     :  2 tbsp
garam masala                        : 1 tsp
Oil for frying
salt to taste

Procedure:

Grate the cleaned zucchini with a grater. In a large mixing bowl,take the grated zucchini ,cumin seeds,green chillies
sesame seeds,ginger,onions,garam masala and mix well.


Now add the wheat flour,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.


Add water if needed and knead to a chapathi like dough.


Use it immediately as if u rest it zucchini oozes out water and the dough becomes
more sticky making it hard to roll out.
 Take a dumpling and roll it out gently as thin as u can.


Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha on it.
Fry it well on both sides using oil or butter.


The yummy parathas are ready to serve.


We had it with green apple pickle but u can have with tomato pickle 
or any of your choice.
